comfortable stay, great location
prime location clean room on-site parking
the location was excellent, near the high street and about a 10-minute walk to the sea. the room was kept clean and i found it comfortable. on-site parking was available, really useful in this area.
i was charged for a late checkout i was not told about initially. i refused to pay it, and the owner kept the key deposit money and the change she owed me. i will raise a complaint about this

small bathroom disruptive noise
the room was clean. the location was acceptable being near shops. and transport links.
I found the room smaller than expected. the bathroom felt cramped with limited space to move. the noise from other guests and street traffic was quite disruptive at night. I did not sleep well.

a good stay
great bed separate sinks rainfall shower varied breakfast
the room was a superior double room. the bed felt great and provide good sleep. there are two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, it was easy to use. the breakfast options were varied and fulfilling, i did appreciate it.
i found just a small problem, a very very slight negative fact, the corridor carpets are slightly worn.

The hotel features a prime location. its near the high street, this offers easy access. the sea is only 10 minutes away. That make strolls very convenient.

breakfast include options for everyone. there are choices available for my little one. this show the staff attentiveness and care. breakfast was delicious, the quality high.

The host was lovely and nice lady. she provided helpful advice about the local area. staff demonstrated genuine kindness. I was grateful. the proprietor was cute and helpful.
