The house is beautiful. Everything is finished to a high standard! The bed was super comfortable. I found the room spacious, too.
I never saw anyone after the initial reception. There was only a note on the door indicating they were out.

the hotel is a gorgeous Georgian house with large rooms. it had high ceilings. a nice big bed was available, too. we had a lovely welcome at this beautiful, well kept hotel. it provided all the facilities we needed, and there was parking. the rooms were huge. beds were super comfortable and clean. everything you could need was available there.
it wouldn't have taken much to provide a cooked breakfast. we only met a man on reception. we never saw him or anyone else again, either. there was only a note on the door. it said they were out. that was a LITTLE awkward, honestly. the listing was not as advertised, as there was no en-suite. we would never have booked this accommodation had we known that.

The room featured a comfortable sofa for relaxation. I enjoyed a restful sleep in the kingsize bed. The cleanliness of the house was really good it was clear the place is beautifully maintained.
A cooked breakfast was not provided I only saw staff at reception.

The staff were easy going and very helpful upon arrival. The manager provided clear explanations about the hotel. I appreciated the high level of hospitality the staff delivered.

I found convenient parking on the grounds. my room was very spacious, it included a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. I liked the tv with streaming capabilities. the location was ideal for accessing the new forest, a big plus for me.

Emily welcomed me. She was very helpful, she also recommended a couple of pubs in the area that were great. i appreciated how quiet and peaceful the house was, though the manager was not always present.
