The gardens were fine, with ample space for leisurely walks. I noted a well kept outdoor pool available . The staff demonstrated attentiveness to detail and seemed dedicated. I found convenient parking on the premises. This added to the overall ease of my stay.
My room lacked a small refrigerator.

I enjoyed my stay. the hotel offered ample parking. the indoor pool and sauna were nice features. I used both. breakfast was great too.
the hall window did not shut properly.

Acceptable stay with issues.

limescale shower head bathroom cobwebs
The staff were friendly and efficient DURING my stay.
I was annoyed that the shower head was covered in limescale and was not to have been deep cleaned recently. There were also cobwebs on the bathroom ceiling. It obviously hadn't been cleaned deeply.

top quality restaurant beautiful grounds
The restaurant food tasted top quality. I appreciated the comfortable bar. Free parking was a notable convenience. Beautiful grounds provided ample space for strolls.
The swimming pool was unavailable during part of my stay.

Really good Service and Relaxing Stay

communal spaces french doors amazing shower patio chairs
The facilities are very beautiful. The hotel offers communal spaces, they allowed for comfort and relaxation. I used a GF room that included French doors and a patio. This patio had two chairs and a table and that was an unexpected bonus. The shower was especially amazing. It adds to the relaxation.
