the staff were very helpful, they provided breakfast bags because of our early start. i really appreciated the kindness of the staff . i found it quite convenient to have a pub right downstairs in the hotel.
the room i stayed in was a bit outdated.

the room was spacious with a large mattress, ensuring a restful sleep. the cleanliness of the room was noticeable. it also contained everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

the staff were attentive at all times, providing excellent service throughout the hotel. dan and luke were especially cute and friendly. their helpfulness enhanced the stay experience significantly.

the location is fantastic for exploring the new forest, near great walks. it is very convenient for attending the beaulieu supercar weekend. i found the proximity to the park off southampton and beaulieu particularly appealing!

The breakfast was generous, and the continental table had a good selection. The dinner menu was comprehensive , and the first evening was enjoyable. ALL staff members were helpful and clearly love dogs.
The bedroom could use an update.

The staff were friendly. the hotel is situated for generally touring around the area.
The bathroom fan was not working and the bed was uncomfortable. The double glazing needs some improvement as we had a room by the main road. It was a LITTLE noisy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good selection of both continental and cooked options. The grounds were neat. Plenty of parking was available onsite.
My room felt outdated. The bed was not very comfortable. The shower and toilet setup was inconvenient. I expected more based on the price.

The room offered a sofa bed, a large comfortable double bed, and plenty of space. The receptionist was very helpful. They permitted an early check-in. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The bar and restaurant are spacious and well-decorated.
The sconce above the sink was missing a pull cord.
