Adequate Hotel Stay

polite staff river view faulty door hard eggs
The staff were very polite and cute. Checking in was easy. I had a good size room with a great view of the river. It was lovely.
I noticed my bedroom door did not self-close. I had to push it shut each time. Breakfast was basic, and the eggs were rock hard.

kinda MEH Experience

leaky shower ignored people
my SHOWER leaked all over the bathroom floor. the reception staff seemed overworked. perhaps they need ANOTHER colleague. it WOULD have been nice if reception staff had looked up instead of IGNORED people around.

the room was well laid out. it had everything i needed and wasnt cluttered. the breakfast had plenty of options like fruit salad and black pudding.

Really good River View Stay

available parking helpful staff convenient location
I was impressed with available parking spaces. I appreciated the helpful reception staff who assisted with local bus routes into Poole. A bus stop near the hotel made transportation quite easy. The view was good from my window.
Slightly slippery carpets in the bedroom were noted.

FANTASTIC stay!

english breakfast helpful staff comfortable bed
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included a full English breakfast buffet, I could go back for second helpings. The bed and bedding were super comfortable, so I had a great night's sleep.
The rooms were very basic, with only one small glass shelf in the bathroom for storage.

There is blue badge parking available. I also noticed disabled accessories are available upon request, great. Breakfast is included and the location is convenient if you are catching a ferry.
