delicious food central location modern room faulty heating broken hairdryer missing seal
I found the breakfast to be AMAZING!!! the food was delicious. the location was very central. It was a short walk to both the city center and the beach. the room was clean and modern!
The heating in my room did not work. i was provided a small portable heater, but the room stayed cold. the nozzle on the hairdryer did not fit. It was broken. the shower screen lacked a rubber seal, so the floor became soaked.

easy access onsite parking
The location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the availability of onsite parking. It simplified my travel arrangements considerably.
the lift was out of service , though i managed with the stairs.

charming stay
helpful staff easy access clean room peaceful atmosphere
i found the staff helpful. the location allowed EASY access to local attractions. My room was clean. the on-site parking was convenient for me, though a charge applied. I DID appreciate the overall peaceful atmosphere, perfect after a day of exploring.
i noticed the elevator was temporarily out of service. it was a minor inconvenience.

beautiful food attentive bar broken lift non-working air conditioning
The food in the restaurant tasted excellent. It was beautifully presented. The chef deserves praise. Tom at the bar proved very attentive. He made conversation a joy.
The lift was not working. It caused a little difficulty, especially since my room was upstairs. The air conditioning wasn't working either. It was quite uncomfortable.
