The venue and location are beautiful. The decor is considered and classy, feeling grown up and cosy. Special touches include fresh milk in the room.. The spa facilities were amazing. There were various rooms to sit in and play games or relax.
I thought the food at dinner was quite overpriced for what I actually received.

The hotel overlooks a lawned garden area. The location offers pretty views of the prairies. The gardens are lovely even at this time of year. It is in a great position for exploration.

I stayed with my family of four and it was our first hotel stay with my boys! The head chef telephoned me, and upon arrival, i spoke with the deputy manager chris. Chris listened to my son's requirements and then spoke with the kitchen staff. He ensured all staff were aware.

The pools were warm, with a great range of treatments available in the spa, including access to the sauna and outdoor hot tubs. A new playgroup is available outside and there is a games room, so kids can play while adults dine. There is a cinema also.

The staff accommodated my son's allergies. They offered many choices from the children's menu. options for breakfast. Cocktails were available and were fantastic. I had a fresh hot meal choice at breakfast, in addition to continental options. Service was excellent.

All staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. Chris, jasmine on reception, anna the chef, and jenny our waitress were great with the boys. Jenny was very helpful and were very good. I appreciated the staff attention to detail. It was really good.
