i found electric charging points and a large carpark useful. the receptionist was friendly and offered a complimentary drink. the room was spacious and well appointed. i used the shuttle bus service to and from the city with kevin, he recommended pubs for dinner. it was convenient.
the pillows were hard and did not support my neck.

the staff was friendly. the barman gave good ideas on places to visit. the driver offered a tour of the town. the location was excellent.
the shower temperature changed consistently. hot water came on suddenly. this was unacceptable for an expensive hotel. the room was small too.

wow, this place is amazing! the staff were super friendly. i loved the attention to detail and the breakfast was scrumptious. plus, that shuttle bus to the city center is such a sweet perk! i could manage the walk to town but the shuttle bus was super fast.
i did notice some grout was missing in the bathroom floor tiles. it's a minor thing, but a little refresh there would make it even better

The hotel provides complimentary electric charging points. I found ample parking space available. A friendly receptionist offered a welcome drink upon my arrival. I walked into town the next day, leaving the car at the hotel. The shuttle service to town was super convenient. I ordered a takeaway. Staff set up a table in the dining room.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing, and noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable.

I loved the shuttle bus service! the driver was friendly and very informative. i also received tokens for free drinks from the bar when i arrived. That was such a fun surprise. the gardens were so lovely. I spent ages looking at the cathedral from across the river!
