Charming Stay with Excellent Service

lovely receptionistupgraded roomhotel cleanlinessfestive touch
I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, a great start to my stay. I was very charmed to be told that I had been upgraded to a better room. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing and nice. The hotel's Christmas decorations added a special festive touch (it really seemed like Christmas).
The breakfast service was a little slow one morning, but the staff were quick to address it.
Rooms
9/10
The spacious and well-presented room featured comfortable beds and a beautiful view from the balcony. The room had efficient blackout blinds and double glazing, ensuring a restful sleep. The overall cleanliness of the room contributed positively to the experience.
Location
9/10
The hotel benefits from a great location with sea views and is centrally situated. The hotel offers a beautiful terraced garden overlooking the sea. The position is slightly set back from the road, nice for unrestricted views.

a stay with some drawbacks

great locationeasy walkexpensive drinksboiler noise
the location was pretty good. it mixes being near the coast with being an easy walk to the town centre. there were lot of parking spaces, more than just a few, i found.
my room had to be next to a boiler, i couldn't sleep all night both nights and the room was very very hot. it was difficult to get drinks and those were very expensive. i don't feel it was worth the price.

uneven experience at this hotel

good locationbland room
the location was acceptable, with a good mix of proximity to the coast and reasonable walking distance to the town center.
The room i had did not match the rest of the hotel's interior. It felt very bland. it was also very plain. i wish the room matched the hotel's cozy common areas.
