Really good Service and Convenient Location

The cruise transfer was seamless, and I appreciated the parking being right on the hotel! My room was immaculate, just as I had hoped. Breakfast was also great. I enjoyed the fresh products they used.

pleasant and clean stay

easy access helpful host
i found the location easy to reach. parking was also available. the breakfast included a full english with fresh juice. helen was very helpful and kind throughout my stay.
the mobile signal was weak in the area. the wi-fi was necessary for communication.

Superb B&B Experience!

great parking tasteful decor comfy chairs superb breakfast
I booked a room for two nights and the parking was great. The decor is tasteful. The room had tea, coffee, hairdryer, and comfy chairs. Breakfast had many tasty choices. This B&B is a real gem. The location is perfect for visiting the forest and Southampton. The host is super helpful and nice. I recommend it because the breakfast is superb!
My room was really small. I banged my leg on the bed once because there was not enough room.

small room cramped bathroom
the provided breakfast was acceptable.
the room size proved inadequate. there was insufficient space for luggage. the bathroom felt cramped and maneuvering within it was difficult. i expected more given the prior reviews.

fresh juice quality pillows small shower scruffy entrance
Breakfast included a variety of options. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available EACH morning. The room had both a fan and a television. Quality pillows and a lightweight quilt made the bed comfortable.
The shower cubicle was somewhat small. I found the entrance area a little scruffy. I WAS expecting a more excellent experience overall. It felt disappointing relative to the online reviews.
